After a successful Summit Tour in 2024, we continued to float on cloud nine in 2025.

Like a mother who cares for around 40,000 children: that's LHM. Together with the state capital of Munich, we developed the new employer brand “München, unser Kindl” (Munich, our child) – caring, authentic, and with a clear stance.

For and with the Erzdiözese Munich and Freising, we received the award for the best employer brand in Vienna. With a heavenly fresh design and a tonality of brotherly love, we were able to convince the next brothers and sisters, aka. employees of the church. Amen, folks.
