We creatively recharged the employer promise "Your Marketplace" to show that at REWE West, individual skills and genuine career opportunities are what matter most.

Using modern typography and dynamic imagery, we put employees at the center of the communication – both at the POS and on social media. Whether career changers or specialists, we reach talents where they are. The results speak for themselves: with over 600,000 impressions in just four weeks and a CPC under €1.50, the campaign is smashing all employer branding benchmarks.
