• Developing and implementing strong social media strategies, including target group identification and selection of the appropriate social media channels
• Defining clear goals and KPIs for social media campaigns (e.g., on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X)
• Continuous monitoring of campaign to develop high-performance content tailored to the respective social media channels and target groups
• Optimization of creatives (images, videos, texts) for maximum performance
• Analysis of which content formats work best and adjustment of the content strategy accordingly
• Observation of competitors and relevant market trends & identification of new opportunities

• Comprehensive knowledge of social media platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager), algorithms, and best practices for the most important social media channels
• Strong ability to analyze data, interpret KPIs, and derive concrete recommendations for action. Experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) is an advantage
• Experience in performance marketing: Proven success in the design, implementation, and optimization of paid online campaigns, ideally in the social media sector
• Budget management: Experience in handling marketing budgets and optimizing spending
• Proactive and results-oriented approach to work
